Rules
Zip Squatter is a public leaderboard of real estate agents by zip code. You pay to stand above everyone else in your zip. Rank is what you paid. Nothing else counts.
The boards
Every US zip code has one board with 10 visible spots. Every board starts empty. Your rank is the total you have paid for that zip. It never expires.
How ranking works
- Amounts are whole US dollars, $10 minimum, $999,999 maximum.
- On an empty board, $10 takes #1.
- Taking #1 on a board with a leader costs at least $5 more than what the current #1 has paid. Paying less still puts you on the board at whatever rank that amount earns.
- Equal amounts stay in the order they were placed. The older entry keeps the higher rank.
- Already on a board? Enter the same email again and raise your amount. Checkout only charges the difference. Nobody else can take your rank by paying only that difference.
What "#1" means here
It means you paid the most. It does not mean you sold the most, closed the most, or are the best. Do not use a Zip Squatter rank in your own advertising as a claim about sales performance. Every board shows the price to take the spot, which is the mechanism in plain view.
Nobody is seeded
No name appears on any board unless that person paid. There are no placeholder agents and no house entries.
AI traffic counters
Every zip page and agent page counts its visits from AI assistants and AI crawlers, by user agent. "Opened during a chat" means an assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity fetched the page while answering a real person. "Crawled" means an AI indexer visited. Counts are raw server counts and are not audited.
After you pay
Your entry is public: name, brokerage, amount, and the link you gave. Payments are not refundable. A completed payment is what claims the rank. To change or remove your entry, use the contact link in the footer.
